It is with delight we are announcing the opening of our Toowoomba Office. The Toowoomba office is a logical expansion for Insight. A number of Insight clients are situated in the Toowoomba area and we feel that we shall be able to enhance our services to those clients. In addition it shall assist us with
- Training and career opportunities for our staff, including offering tertiary study opportunities for Goondiwindi school leavers, to train on the job, and study when the time is right without breaking the relationship with Insight. In fact the catalyst for opening the Toowoomba office came from our existing staff, and their belief that studying while working in Toowoomba was a great advantage.
- Sourcing high quality staff for the Goondiwindi and Toowoomba offices.
- Improvements in the ability to share costs between the firms, particularly staff training, systems and IT support.
The Toowoomba office is managed by a team of six, being Allan Vickers, Partner, Client Manager - Duane Granzien, Accountant - Ingrid Lindsay-Smith, Trainee Accountant - Jazzmin Muller, Client Services Assistant - Rebecca Cornes, and Receptionist - Tanya Blacker. While there may be some internal restructuring, Al & Duane will continue to service their Goondiwindi clients. Al’s clients will be able to contact him with the option to visit either the Toowoomba or Goondiwindi offices for face to face meetings. Any other forms of contact ie via email, telephone and post should continue as normal.
